Recognizing the profound impact of AI on society, Mr. Pal is actively involved in policy enablement, development of best practices, and platform innovation to ensure that Al serves humanity transparently, fairly, and responsibly. His work focuses on addressing critical ethical challenges in AI, including bias mitigation, responsible data governance, accountability frameworks, and human-centered AI design. 

Under his leadership, the AI Ethics Advisory Group collaborates with governments, private enterprises, academic institutions, and civil society organizations to develop standards and policies that foster trust in AI technologies.
