With three decades in Information Technology, spanning leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies, consulting, and workforce development environments, Kevin brings a deep focus on leveraging technology for economic empowerment and talent enablement. His work centers on building awareness and creating pathways for both entrepreneurs and aspiring technologists -particularly through digital platforms like Salesforce, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence—to achieve financial stability, especially within underserved communities.

Driven by a desire to build a lasting legacy and make a meaningful impact, Kevin actively invests his time, resources, and thought leadership in fostering talent and opportunity:

Global Engagement: He has engaged in non-profit initiatives internationally, including speaking and training engagements in Accra, Ghana.

Community Collaboration: Kevin contributes guidance to initiatives like the Miami Tech Talent Coalition to close skills gaps and explores tech career pathways for citizens in local communities such as North Miami.

Supporting Inclusion: He actively supports numerous non-profits focused on technology and inclusion, including organizations like Black Men in Tech and the Black Collegiate Gaming Association.
